Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and your access to our website. By using this website or booking a service with Alderley Socials, you agree to these terms.
Services
We offer social media management, content creation for businesses, and wedding content creation. Full details of each service are available on our website or provided in writing during consultation.
Bookings & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the service date.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

For social media management packages, payments are made monthly in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

For content creation bookings: cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

For wedding content packages: deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the full balance remains payable.

Rescheduling requests will be considered subject to availability but are not guaranteed.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide access to necessary content, brand assets or social media platforms.

Respond in a timely manner to content approvals and feedback requests.

Ensure that locations for on-site shoots are safe, accessible and prepared for content creation.
Content Use & Ownership

Clients receive full usage rights for all final edited content.

Alderley Socials retains the right to use any created content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Raw content (unedited photos/videos) will be shared as specified in your package but remains the property of Alderley Socials.
Turnaround Times

Unedited content is typically delivered within 24 hours of your shoot.

Edited content is delivered within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from use of our services or website. While we take care in all content creation, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues beyond our control (e.g. weather, technical faults or social media platform changes).
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
