At Alderley Socials, we take pride in delivering a high-quality and professional service. We understand that circumstances can change, so we've outlined our refund policy clearly below to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your booking date and compensates for time and resources allocated in advance.
Social Media Management Services

Social media packages are billed monthly in advance.

Due to the time and planning involved, payments are non-refundable once work has begun (typically within 48 hours of payment).

If you choose to cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Business Content Creation

For content creation bookings, cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice may be rescheduled (subject to availability) but are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

If Alderley Socials must cancel the session for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
Wedding Content Creation

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

If you cancel after the final balance has been paid, no refunds will be issued unless agreed under exceptional circumstances.

If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Edited Content
Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are not issued once edited content has been delivered. If you are unhappy with the final edits, we offer up to two rounds of minor revisions included in your package.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to proceed with your booking on the agreed date, we will do our best to reschedule (with at least 72 hours’ notice) at no additional cost. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
