Cancellation Policy

Alderley Socials Content Creation Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Alderley Socials for your content creation needs. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please read and agree to the following booking policy prior to securing your session. 1. Booking & Scheduling All content creation sessions must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until written confirmation has been provided. Once your date has been confirmed, a secure invoice link will be sent for full payment. A detailed brief must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required once the session date has been confirmed. Payment must be made via the secure invoice link provided. Bookings are not secured until payment has been received in full. 3. Cancellations & Date Changes Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to the booked session. While rescheduling is not guaranteed, every effort will be made to accommodate your revised availability, subject to our schedule. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary products, props, locations and individuals are prepared and available at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client may result in reduced shoot time or additional charges. 5. Content Delivery Final edited content will be delivered within 10 business days of the shoot, unless agreed otherwise in writing. All content will be delivered digitally via a secure file-sharing platform such as Google Drive. 6. Revisions Two rounds of minor revisions are included as standard. Additional revisions or significant changes that differ from the original brief will be charged at £15 per revision round. 7. Usage Rights Alderley Socials retains the right to use the content created for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted full commercial usage rights for the final content across their digital platforms, including websites and social media. 8. Confidentiality Any business information shared during the content creation process will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
